Certified Scanners
ULTRATOUR is scanner-agnostic. Any scanner that meets the minimum spec is certified. Three levels — pick the one that matches the listings you actually shoot.
Already own a Matterport Pro3?
You're certified. Zero hardware cost to get started. Pro3 owners are the priority audience for the beta cohort — bring your scanner, keep your investment, get on the platform first.

- Included in the Tier 2 Agent Bundle subscription
Level 2 — Eagle Max
Premium and Estate listings
~$4,000
- 4 × 48MP cameras, 8K HDR capture
- Larger interiors, luxury finishes
- Limited outdoor coverage
- Natural upsell for agents working $1M+ listings
Level 3 — High Range / Outdoor
Estate and Signature property class
~$5,500–$15,000
- Full outdoor grounds, detached structures, acreage
- Weather resistant, 100m+ range
- Recommended: Matterport Pro3 (~$5,500) or Leica BLK360 G2 (~$15,000)
- Typically a brokerage-level asset, shared across agents
Minimum spec
- SLAM-based LiDAR (not phone AR)
- ±2cm accuracy or better at room scale
- Dedicated color camera fusion at scan time
- Native point cloud output (.ply, .e57, .las)
Not certified
- iPhone LiDAR — AR chip, insufficient range and accuracy for spatial tours
- iPad LiDAR — same hardware limitation
- Any scanner below ±2cm accuracy at room scale
These devices are great for AR demos and rough room scans. They are not suitable for the geometric accuracy ULTRATOUR requires for buyer-grade tours.
